Provincial Homes Review: Pretty Good for Sydney?

I was told, and this was signed off by Michael, that I would get a credit of $300 and a cheque for $1500 from Enbridge within 2 months but this never happened. When I contacted customer svc, I was told that an audit has to be done first and I will have to pay $735, which will be refunded within 6 months. Why should I have to pay for an audit done by their contractors?

Sale rep was nice and gave me lot of info and answered all my questions. Anytime I had a problem or question they were quick to answer or fixing my problems. Super happy with Provincial Smart Home 😁 Happy customer here thanks very much. We contacted a number of building companies and when we spoke with George, at Provincial, we were impressed. He was more than happy to answer our many questions and no pressure was applied to sign a contract with them. During the build, when problems arose, they were discussed with us and resolved q...

N 14 years, let alone the mandated warrantied 7. Their phone on-hold messaging talks about Provincial having integrity - a trait that holds much value for me. If people talk that, I expect them to walk it. My experience of the personal character of their staff as well as the obvious repair action on this occasion are first class examples of how they do.

Adam answered and I was amazed by this gentlemen, he didn’t give me the run around or I will call you back. He was straight to the point and direct, asked me to choose what design I wanted and to list what I wanted to modify. Within 3-4 days Adam had already prepared our tender, we are super impressed with his professionalism and momentum.

BUSINESS SERVICES

I always recommend going through an established builder with a recognized name as they’ll fix any critical issues that arise even after they’ve finished the job. Worth Infinity of Stars and what he does to go above and beyond is unbelievable. His communication skills are second to none, eye for detail, management of trades and overall understanding of what is required to be delivered in a build is exceptional. His communication during this time is testament to his character, he had our interest at heart and did everything he could to make sure our home will be delivered on schedule. Jack is a enormous asset to Provincial Homes and as they say often your building experience with a builder is as good as your site supervisor that you get.

Once all plans were finalised we signed the HIA contact in which it took 6 months for the application/approval process to be complete. This was a CDC application and not through council DA . For the best outcome, a lot of planning prior to building is recommended, so here are some tips to help you with choosing a home builder. Unfortunately the build didn’t go smoothly, the house was left unlocked despite our numerous complaints, among other things. That being said we are now in the maintenance stage, handover was July 2022, and we submitted our sheet August 2022. We have had a small chip in our ceaserstone repaired and some chips in the gyprock spackeled, some paint spots removed and a couple of small things repair...

Experienced and professional

Our site manager Jerry was very accommodating with our site inspection requests & kept us in the loop with progress. We are delighted and so in love with our new home. The quality and workmanship is mostly of high standard, with the only exception of painting which they are fixing up now. Overall without hesitation we would highly recommend Provinicial Homes & it's wonderful team. Our first experience with Provincial Homes was with the sales manager George Posa. We visited with George several times before deciding to build, he was very knowledgeable & assisted us in deciding on a design for our very unusual shaped land.

Our build took just over 12 months but it was truly worth the wait. Of course, there were a few hiccups along the way but clear communication with the Office staff and our Supervisor, Jerry, any issues that arose along the way were sorted. We have now entered the post construction phase and we believe any issues that may arise during this period will be processed efficiently and in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend building with Provincial Homes. Once again, thank you everyone at Provincial Homes.

I called and was told they would get back to me. I called again and they said the process had changed to them emailing me a form to fill out and I would receive it that day. I called again and they were unavailable to talk with me.

Adam from Provincial Homes provide great customer services, he is really good at respond to our questions and provide recommendations. I compare tenders with 3 other builders, Provincial Homes's tender provides a lot more inclusions in reasonable price. Their free tender process is lot quicker than another builder I paid for tender which I wait for 4 weeks to get the initial quote.

Had few teething issues after handover however most of the important/critical ones were attended on time. We went to visit our friend's place and the Home World to see their display home. We found their workmanship was outstanding comparing to other construction companies in the Home World.
