I spent my weekends going to all the display homes and villages around me and even travelled interstate! The building process was daunting to me and I was committed to find the right home builder. I was too recently while researching home builders and learning more about the construction process. We fell in love with the Shelbourne 38 display at Emerald Hills and whilst we looked at just about every builder at every display village we kept coming back to the Shelbourne. We signed up for a custom design Shelbourne 36 which is actually closer to 38 square. With the NSW lockdown being strictly enforced, this means our site visits were rightly limited due to safety public health concerns.

David installed the tankless water heater and even helped remove some older pipe when installing the water softener. Everything was done in one day and at my convenience.Overall I am very happy with Provincial Smart Home and glad I went with them . I have not received any government rebate my water heater is in my garage and I got a tankless water heater, plus a water softener, plus a hepa filter system and insulated my attic. I am in need of legal representation now and I’ll reach out to the government of Canada home protection next. We love the changes and everyone comments on the staircase, our amazing kitchen and the high quality of workmanship in our new home.
Our site manager Jerry was very accommodating with our site inspection requests & kept us in the loop with progress. We are delighted and so in love with our new home. The quality and workmanship is mostly of high standard, with the only exception of painting which they are fixing up now. Overall without hesitation we would highly recommend Provinicial Homes & it's wonderful team. Our first experience with Provincial Homes was with the sales manager George Posa. We visited with George several times before deciding to build, he was very knowledgeable & assisted us in deciding on a design for our very unusual shaped land.
Build with Provincial Homes was our best decision
Terry has a sharp eye for detail and his high standard to quality was much appreciated. Terry is a busy man, however, he is very approachable to us, he attended any of our issues/requests in a timely manner. We are looking forward to moving into our new home soon. We are most grateful to Provincial Homes team for helping us reach our dream. My husband and I are in the pre-build stage and waiting for DA with council. I have been working with Adam Barake on the plan as we had to have an off the plan design.
I called and was told they would get back to me. I called again and they said the process had changed to them emailing me a form to fill out and I would receive it that day. I called again and they were unavailable to talk with me.
Issues with buyouts to other vendors
Adam answered and I was amazed by this gentlemen, he didn’t give me the run around or I will call you back. He was straight to the point and direct, asked me to choose what design I wanted and to list what I wanted to modify. Within 3-4 days Adam had already prepared our tender, we are super impressed with his professionalism and momentum.
60 degrees throughout the house, because nothing was circulating. I have been calling for 14 days and every single day I am told they are escalating and will call back, and have not once called me. Installation was rapid and professional and completed with qualified plumbers and electricians. After searching for a builder for 9 months who would build on our sloping block, within our very tight budget, we decided to go ahead with Provincial.

If I identified any queries, concerns or aspects to be checked, they were extremely quick to check, review and address both before and after the handover. Provincial worked with through every stage with me and assisted in me with all my queries and concerns.
Strongly recommended to go with this company. I had a very good experience with the service received. I took a comprehensive package which is good personally.
A big thank you to everyone at Provincial Homes, such a professional team. Matt and George at Box Hill for the tender, Sharon and Adam for all the paperwork, Vicky and Naz for the colours selection and a big thanks to our site supervisor Jack for the hard work. Initially I had tried going with another builder and had paid for the survey report. We agree our staff could have been a little more responsive at times but it is unfair to burden the entire delay on Provincial Homes as we do depend on external sources also to complete the process.
So after they left I spent the next 5 days calling 5 or more times a day trying to get them to come and correct their problem. Finally on last Wednesday 3 guys show up at 917pm to fix the issue. They speak in a foreign language to hide what they are talking about and shut off the water feed line to an active boiler saying just come downstairs and check it regularly. Overall my experience with Provincial smart home has been good. I’ve had a great experience with certain members of the team and were quick and easy to get in touch with.
I recommend this company as very friendly/ professional service technicians and awesome customer service. From the date that our concrete slab was poured! We did alter some last-minute changes to the final plan, but they managed to accommodate for us last minute and delivered!!! All our questions were answered upfront, also if there are any issues, they would tell us and find a solution for us too.
He made recommendations that were reasonable and affordable. There is a contract to sign to make payments but the payments are affordable and easy. I got a tankless water heater, a water softener, a UV water filtration system, a smart thermostat, 2 Google security cameras and attic insulation. The contract included installation and maintenance and they even included the new furnace which was installed by another company.The customer service team is great. If I have an issue a rep contacts me within the hour if not sooner to follow up. Shae on the team is awesome and has been helping me track down the credit which was part of the initial contract.The installation team were prompt and efficient.
